Hi Promise

Shame man (big hug) all I can say is the first 6 weeks r really really hard!! But it does start getting betta once u reach the 6 week mark - for now u just have to try survive... And ok my advice is the following: firstly get a night nurse!! As many nights as u can afford!! U won't need her long - 4 months or so - but seriously not even a luxury but a neccessety with twins!! Rather go without other things but get a night nurse!! Pm me if u want numbers - I have some great ones!! Secondly there is a book called "A contented House with Twins" by Gina Ford and Alice Beer - seriously the book saved my life - follow it - its like my bible - amazing routines so u can cope and tells u how to juggle everything - seriously best book ever - esp for twins!! Do u have anyone who can help during the day - to give u a little break?? I hope so!! And try get out the house - bundle the girls up warm with blankets etc and go for a walk - the fresh air will do u all good - walk will hopefully get them to sleep and it will make u feel so much betta to get out the house and get some fresh air... Ok that's all my advice and how I coped - I really hope things start getting easier soon and that u have ppl to help u!! Pls feel free to pm me if u want any advice or anything - I have no idea if any of my methods will help but if there is anything I can do to help let me know - I can also give u my email address, I understand how completely overwhelming a first baby is - esp twins!!

Shame man - it is really hard but it does get easier - promise!! And I def think u need help - u must be exhausted - I have the number of my old night nurse who I think her daughter is looking for a night nurse position so let me know if u want her number - u will feel soooo much betta after a little sleep!! She was a lifesaver for me!! Def try get out the house - and seriously get the book - getting the twins into that routine was the best thing I ever did!! Good luck - and let me know how its all going!!

I've had a hard time...and that was with a singleton! I'm taking my hat off to anyone who manage with more than 1 baby at a time. Hang in there -----

Promise hang in there! I have faith that it shall be better. Just ask for help, just to have a bit of me time, and don't feel bad to have the feelings you are experiencing. I struggled with my baby too, and she was 4.5 months when I got her.

It does get better! The first 6 weeks are the hardest. My girls still don't sleep through but they are bigger and its just getting easier and more pleasant now that they are happy and interacting more.
